I'm a wife, mother, and MAJOR fitness enthusiast. By trade, I'm a Professional Fitness Trainer and Sports & Exercise Nutrition Specialist. By leisure, I read, play, cuddle, and kick-box. I started Live Fitness because I discovered a love of being active, training hard
and becoming strong. I found the fit lifestyle and made it my every day. Then I realized that I wanted to share this "fit-endorphin-filled-high" with everyone that would let me! My clients are busy, active
go-getters who want to look great AND feel great, while they do GREAT in their everyday lives. Professionals who want to tap into their inner athlete by taking their health and fitness to new athletic heights.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINING
At Live Fitness we train hard. We train smart. The goal here is to build strength and form in all the right places. Without a doubt, it's more than just about aesthetics. Our inner athlete calls out here in the studio, and we answer. We work
on performance and mastery of the basics so that eventually we can conquer the specifics.
You can't perform without the RIGHT fuel in your system. Great athlete's know this. Nutrition is a HUGE part of the conversation at the studio. You'll get the basics, or for a little more, you can get a customized game plan. Either way, we leave no stone unturned as we want effective results and optimal performance in and
out of the gym.

As a busy mom and professional myself, I know how time can fly. "Busy-ness" is the name of the game these days, and we all seem to want it all. To get started, click the "YES PLEASE" button under the Just A Training Sesh coaching option. This will take you to my client intake form that you will fill out and submit. When I receive this form, I'll be in touch within 24 hours to move things along.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A COMMERCIAL GYM?
Good question. To be fair, gym trainers are AMAZING too! So I have nothing but love for them there. However, the main difference you ask: I'm not bound by any commercial gym management by-laws often enforced on gym trainers that usually end up inhibiting their ability to serve you thoroughly. I make my own rules and they are based on my client's needs. This means my services have the ability to be COMPLETELY customized to you, your goals and your lifestyle.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO PROTECT THE STUDIO ENVIRONMENT FROM COVID19?
This is a WINNER question right now! These are hard times and we must do what we can to provide and protect. Since re-opening the studio we have taken a few key measures toward this end. We have always thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the space after each session and at the end of the training day. So that has not changed. Additionally, we have asked all our clients coming in for a session to bring their own yoga mat for floor work and foam roller for conditioning. Masks in the studio while training are optional due to health reasons, more specifically, risks with hyperventilation.
JUST CURIOUS, DO YOU TRAIN BOTH WOMEN & MEN?
Simple answer: Yes. Glad you asked! Contrary to popular belief, training men and women is the same...but different. The difference in training usually revolves around fitness goals and exercise variation (inclusive of sets and reps). Everything else remains consistent, no matter the gender. Often times men and women have different goals, such as wanting upper body development (men) versus a lower body focus (women). This is fine. Now exercise variation usually gets discussed when we are determining your starting physical fitness abilities. We determine all this at the start of our session. So I got you, no matter the gender.
